Coconut-Lime Sugar Scrub

amuse studio rubber stamps

It’s snowing again in Virginia…and it’s the third time I’ve scheduled a class on a Wednesday only for it to snow!  But don’t worry, the party will go on!

I made a double batch of sugar scrub (if you like coconut, this one is for you!  There are lots of great variations though) and packaged them up in little containers I got from the dollar store.  I had the perfect stamp set, Squeeze the Day, from A Muse Studio to make cute little labels once I printed off the contents.  In fact, if I back track a moment…this set is what got me searching for the Lime recipes in the first place!

I’ve also been busy making Bath Salts in Lavender, Lemon and Citrus Bliss…I’ll post pictures soon because they are really cute and I finally got to use some Starbucks bottles that I have been holding on to for over 4 years!  The recipe is also from The Idea Room and they are so easy to make.

Got to go!  I have to put out my Italian Dipping Oil, two types of fudges, and some power bites – all made from my essential oils.  It’s going to be a fun day!

  1. Chris, sorry you guys are getting hit with all the cold weather. Wish we were getting some in Reno . . . it is pitiful how little snow our ski resorts have.

Mmmmm, sounds delicious, in the words of Harry Nilsson, “Put the Lime in the Coconut and call me in the morning.” Would you consider selling me a container of the Sugar Scrub?
