Welcome to another round of Amusing Challenges. This week is the color green. Throughout the month I’ll have different sorts of challenges…”use it”, themes, sketch, etc. I will have a Weekly Winner and at the end of the month, those 4-5 winners will go into a prize drawing for one lucky Grand Prize winner. March’s end of month prize winner will win a package of Everything’s Rosy (6×6 paper pack) from A Muse Studio.
We have another beautiful card from Christi with lots of dimension this week. She used sentiments from A Muse Studio’s Springtime Day and harlequin embossing plate, butterfly trio die set and cardstock are also from A Muse Studio. What a great way to kick of daylight savings time with this springy card!
I have two cards to share today… it’s a miracle! This first card uses the A Muse Studio Candy Box die set which includes 8 smaller seasonal images–like this four leaf clover! It’s hard to tell unless you click the photo to enlarge it but the outlining and dots are made with a Gold Uniball gel pen which I finally ordered from the A Muse Studio catalog. The sentiment is from Essential Sentiments and the cardstock is also from A Muse Studio. I am SO happy to have the petite gingham patterns back!! You can find them in the Spring Accessories Catalog and Guide.
This second card was one of the offerings at my last card class. It uses A Muse Studio’s Quick and Cute Valentines and Vintage Labels stamp sets, Scalloped Border die set, cherry ribbon, grass solid and Petite Polka dot cardstock. It was super fast to color this card and I used Copics. I think it’s a great non-Valentine use of this stamp set.
