amuse studio rubber stamps

Ahhnouncing from A Muse Studio is such a great set because you can use it for a lot of different occasions, the images are perfect for masculine cards and you can leave it uncolored or color it in – whatever your preference or time on hand!  In this case – I had to get this card in the mail in order to make it to California on time…  Now as I look at the photo of the card, I should have layered the Bermuda panel as well, rats!

This card started with this week’s sketch #142 over at Freshly Made Sketches.  The cardstock is from A Muse Studio and they all came from my scrap bag.  I inked up the sentiment and image with French Roast amuse studio ink.  The twine was in my scrap ribbon pile and was quite thick so I punched those little holes on each end to hold it in place.  I also passed my Bermuda cardstock through a paper corrugator but then it was too short!  So, I passed it through my Big Shot and it left the impression but lengthened the piece back out.  Once again a pretty simple, quick CAS card!

I wanted to let you know if you are just visitin my blog for the first time (if not, just plug your ears because you must be getting sick of this by now!) … the A Muse Studio Progressive Retirement is now up to 55% off but the last day to order is June 30!
